I graduated from Purdue University, starting my college career as an engineering student, but it just didn’t feel right. I decided instead on a degree

in Consumer Financial Counseling and Planning. I have since received the designations of Accredited Asset Management Specialist and Chartered

Retirement Planning Counselor from the College for Financial Planning. I’ve worked in several areas of financial services, insurance, lending, back

offices of a financial firm, and investment advisor. In 2013 I left the corporate insurance world and decided to go out on my own. My partner, David,

who was my boss at the time, left shortly after I did and joined me. Eight other advisors from the same corporation have since joined us. We currently

have offices in Venice and Sarasota, and plans are in process for a Fort Myers location. We are licensed to do business in Florida, Indiana, Virginia,

West Virginia, Maryland and Massachusetts, and Texas.
