Diane Pisani, an innovator in the Home Watch industry since 2006, stands at the forefront of advocacy, education, and certification. Her journey includes co-founding a Home Watch company in 2006, where she personally conducted visits for over 15 years. In 2008, she laid the foundation for the Home Watch Training Program and, for many years, provided classroom instruction at her Naples, Florida Training Center. This endeavor eventually transformed into the Home Watch Academy, setting new standards by pioneering eLearning programs tailored to the industry’s unique requirements.

Prior to her immersion in the Home Watch industry, Diane spent several years in the corporate world, most notably at Indiana Bell/AT&T. However, her entrepreneurial spirit took flight in 1986 when she launched one of the nation’s first cruise-only travel agencies. Over a distinguished 17-year career, she consistently garnered recognition as a top producer. In 2003, a move to Southwest Florida marked her introduction to Home Watch.
