I have worked over the past 25 years in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, consulting with company leaders from a wide range of industries, assessing their organizational and workplace needs. As a certified leadership coach, I am a recognized international speaker on leadership development, corporate team building, resiliency and emotional wellbeing. I will provide effective team communication and structure that is important for forging relationships, equipping your team with the proper attitudes to develop leaders within.
