Safeguarding property purchasers from potential title issues like prior owners’ debts, liens, and ownership disputes, this insurance offers coverage against historical complications. Unlike typical insurances that focus on forthcoming uncertainties, this policy shields against past issues.
Settlement Services
Your title agency teams up with real estate agents, lawyers, lenders, and other experts to sort out any issues with your title report. They also provide a place for your transaction’s closing. Your title company and lender work together to get all the paperwork ready for closing. When the settlement day arrives, be prepared to sign your closing package. This includes documents for buying or refinancing a home, and if you’re purchasing a house, it’ll also cover the agreement for transferring ownership of the property.

I am a 30 year veteran teacher with a Bachelors in Elementary Education with minors in Language arts and Social Sciences and certificates in Reading, Gifted, and ESOL.
